I am beyond frustrated. Have spent since Tuesday without a fully working phone. First sim - no sim no service msge. Same with second one. Have done live chat 4 times. Was told they activated my sim last night. No joy. Sim doesn't work in other handsets. My phone is not locked. I can't get onto my account as it keeps taking me that stupid succes page on the wrbsite then can't go further. I have asked them to email my pac code to me and terminate my contract but they told me they can't email a pac to me. What on earth kind of service is this?
