No service for 3 days. What is the point in offering discounts if you can't supply a basic service.

@MontyG133  Welcome to ID Mobile without sounding rude is the cellular service from Three UK or IDMobile supported in your location? Does your phone support 4G or 5G mobile signals?

If using a physical sim card make sure that the sim is seated correctly in its sim tray. Another thing to do is reboot your phone and see if this refreshes network services.

You can also check coverage area and network status to see if any ongoing work or faults have been reported on the link below.

Yes it is, yes it does, esim. Still crap service, maybe tell people of issues before they swap. Phone service was OK 10 miles away but no 3 or 4 or 5g.

Hi @MontyG133 ,

I am sorry to hear of the trouble you have had with your coverage.

Can you please check your coverage here to see if there are any current outages in your area - https://www.idmobile.co.uk/help-and-advice/coverage

Some materials and structures can also affect signal strength.

Can you try switching to 4G only to see if that helps? Do you have Wi-Fi calling and VoLTE enabled?

Now resolved after much messing about with my phone. The sim refresh that was suggested worked. Thanks.

Samsung Galaxy S21 5g.

I had a call from someone claiming they had a missed call from me.. my number but not me. My text messages are being received from from me but not my number.

Almost had enough now.

Trying to get help from your chat bot is like having a conversation with the criminally insane.

Tomorrow I will be looking for another network.

This is disappointing to hear @MontyG133 but if you ask to speak to an agent it should put you through to one.

In regard to your text problem, please can you try following this article - I can't send or receive (SMS) texts from my SIM. What should I do? | iD Mobile Community

Please let us know how you get on.

After a week of either no service or flawed service I sent for my PAC code. The message came back that my estimated bill would be £180. YOU CANT BE SERIOUS.

Hi @MontyG133  are you in a contract with us, it sounds like a termination fee, which is the total cost of the plan.

Customer service confirm this fee. My consumer rights are being ignored as I am still within the cooling off period.
