not disconnected and charged after leaving

I requested to leave on 7th July, saying I would be disconnected, however I am still connected and have just been charged. 

I would also like to change the number on my previous contract to a new contract (both contracts are with ID mobile) when trying to submit this on the ID Mobile website, I am was I was unable to do this, however I require this.

Hi ​@hmattingley99  if you have requested a PAC and not yet used this, this is why the plan would still be active.

As you are not able to port your number within the same network (i.e. port from iD to iD), only upgrade; you can port your current iD number from your current contract to a Pay As You Go SIM. You would then be able to port this back to a new iD contract. This is otherwise known as a triangular port. Or you can cancel your current contract and keep the new one with a new number.
