​@alanmac75  Since you don't know the number of the Sim best thing to do is use your mother's phone and sim and call your device if you have one, or someone you know. This way you'll have the number. Unless your still in contract with IDMobile you would still have to pay the monthly payment's or pay the remaining amount that owning in full and close the account.

You could speak to to a person on the live chat. In the message box type To speak to to someone.
