I bought a sim for my mother that she no longer uses. I do not know the number of the sim, i am still getting charged for the phone. How do I cancel an account I have no information about?

@alanmac75 Since you don't know the number of the Sim best thing to do is use your mother's phone and sim and call your device if you have one, or someone you know. This way you'll have the number. Unless your still in contract with IDMobile you would still have to pay the monthly payment's or pay the remaining amount that owning in full and close the account.
