Signal atrocious!

Started with ID Mobile on July 28th and have had nothing but trouble.  My husband and I are nearly 80 to begin with, need access to doctors, health line if we need help.  Put on Volte etc but still does nothing! I have a new A36 Samsung phone but does not help with this signal.  Never, ever had anything like this before with any other mobile operator. What is wrong? Please someone help us! My husband has angina too which makes matters a lot worse. So worried!!

Sorry to hear this, please could you let us know the postcode(s) where you’re having issues?

 

All iD Mobile plans have a cooling off period in which you’ll be able to return your plan based on finding the coverage unsuitable, it may be worth considering if you’re unhappy with it.

Thanks Tom.  I think I'll need to do that today as we are both getting too stressed out and worried with this signal problem. But thank you for trying to help. Will pop into Curry's about it today.  Thanks again.
