Started with ID Mobile on July 28th and have had nothing but trouble. My husband and I are nearly 80 to begin with, need access to doctors, health line if we need help. Put on Volte etc but still does nothing! I have a new A36 Samsung phone but does not help with this signal. Never, ever had anything like this before with any other mobile operator. What is wrong? Please someone help us! My husband has angina too which makes matters a lot worse. So worried!!
