I have several ID plans. One was for my child, who is now old enough to have their own contract. I want to cancel the sim only plan they currently have and do not have a PAC or STAC as they are not keeping the number and their own account will be in their name not mine as it currently is. I tried to get in contact with live chat as I can not find a way to cancel and live chat is never available. How am I supposed to just terminate this contract.,
