Visa Secure Issue


I have recently switched from Lebara to ID and now I am unable to verify online purchases using a text message. The purchase is always declined. I have contacted my bank (Co-op) and they state this is a network issue. I was reluctant to believe this at first but it seems that many people face the same issue. Obviously this is a game changer for me and unless a solution can be found I will have no opinion but to switch to another provider.

@lewisct1979  Hello I shall forward this for investigation for you to staff members as I'm just a community volunteer.

In the meantime can you just try this method please and report back. 

  • Check Premium SMS Settings:

    Ensure that premium SMS is enabled in your iD Mobile account, as this is sometimes necessary for receiving verification codes from certain services.
