Issue following Upgrade to SIM-only
I have recently changed my contract plan to a sim only. The new sim arrived but it doesn't work but using my old sim is incurring my normal monthly charge as opposed to the new cheaper sim only deal. I can't get through on the phone and the live chat isn't working. Can anyone please advise?

Welcome to the iD Community.
When you upgrade, be it to a SIM-only or a handset contract, we'd send out a new SIM.
This is usually inactive and you'll need to get this activated and swapped over.
When you check the iD app/account, what is showing for your current tariff?
How did you process this upgrade to a SIM-only?
