sim card query - Keeping same number

My iD contract is expiring and I am switching to a SIM card-only deal with iD. Will I automatically retain my number?

Hi there @Roland-Garros 

If you log in to your iD Mobile account in the iD Mobile App or through our website.  Then change your plan to one of our SIM only deals (once your outside of any 24-month contract).

You will then retain the same number as you had previously yes.

 

You would only ever have a new number if you were to simply just purchase a separate deal on our website as a new customer.
