Upgraded - do I need to use the new SIM?

Hi,

 

Please can you advise which handset you are using now and the old handset and we can advise further on saving contacts?

Can you try the SIM in a different handset and advise if the SIM works in there?

As I have never done this I have just left it for now.

There is no error message.

I need to know how to save all my mobile numbers on my phone and then transfer them to the new Sim.

I think this might be the answer.

What do you advise?

Hi @Hazel Walker, sounds like the SIM might be dead, rather than the phone. Have you tried both the original and new SIMs?

Is your phone displaying any sort of error message?

I upgraded my mobile on Saturday 4th June 2022.

Since Monday 6th June 2022 my mobile had DIED.

It is fully charged.

I can’t phone anyone or receive calls.

I can’t text anyone or receive any texts.
