Wifi device - how do I recieve my security code?

I have bought a sim for a wifi device and so cannot set up the account as I cant get a pin to verify the account, how can I set up the account another way?

Okay @Lizzy Amos, most Wi-Fi devices have an admin page, accessible from a web browser, which allows you to read any text messages. 

Your Wi-Fi device’s user guide should explain how to do this, otherwise put the SIM in a phone to get the security code SMS.

    Hey @Lizzy Amos,

    I can see @andewhite  has answered this one.

    You need to get the text for the code to register.

    If you can’t access it via the admin page, then you will need to pop the SIM into a phone to receive the text.

    Then you can register as normal and pop it back into your device.
