Bill Capping is a money-saving feature on all iD Mobile plans. It lets you limit your monthly spend to an amount that works for you. Simply set your Bill Cap in the iD Mobile app to limit additional charges, and we won't charge you more than the amount you set as your Bill Cap. You can learn more about Bill Capping here:
How do I set or change my Bill Cap?
To set or change your Bill Cap in the iD Mobile app or My Account Online, you can:
- Open the iD Mobile app or log-in to My Account Online.
- Tap ‘Bills’.
- Scroll down.
- Tap ‘Manage bill cap’.
- Drag the slider or input a Bill Cap amount in the £ field. Tap ‘Save’ to update your Bill Cap.
I can’t access the iD Mobile app or My Account Online. What should I do?
If you’re unable to access the iD Mobile app or My Account Online, simply contact us to set or change your Bill Cap.
