add extra phone to my account

I would like to transfer my daughters phone and number to id mobile. Is it possible to do this from my app and manage/pay for it and my phone from one account?

Sadly at this present time iD only offer one phone/SIM per account, so you’d need to create a new account for your daughter.

 

But you can link her account to your app (read from adding additional plans)

 

 

Then to view her account on your app follow this

    Does this mean I can pay for all linked accounts centrally, or each user needs to register their own credit card and pay individually?

    How can I edit an existing number - I registered my son’s no. against my email assuming I could register multiple numbers. Now I need to change the name on that account.

    Hey there ​@FG202, you can add all plans to one account, but this is simply to login to. Each contract is different and separate, and each contract will have a credit and security check for each, and need to be in the name of the account holder.

     

    Unfortunately, you cannot change the name on an account I’m afraid. You’d need to cancle and re-order if you need to change the name on one.
