add phone number to app to access account


I have recently joined iD mobile, my old number transferred to sim successfully unfortunately it won’t allow my number to be added to app so I have no way of reviewing my account.  Help please

When did your number transfer take place?

 

It might take a day or so after the transfer for the app to fully update and recognise the transferred number.

Maybe try again tomorrow, ​@District999

The iD Mobile systems don’t always appear to synchronise properly after a number transfer. 

Meanwhile, calling 7777 from the phone with your iD SIM gives access to some account options.
