Can't add my sons details to new app, telling my details are incorrect

When adding an account that is used by someone who isn’t the account holder, please ensure you’re using the details of the account holder and not the user themselves.

How can I add my another phone number to my online account?
I have my main number 07961483660, but I want to add 07737779085. Both numbers are on contract, and I want to have a full insight to both contracts.

I am trying to add the second number I got with ID to my account, however it says that the details don’t match despite I checked them several times and they are correct.
