App showing wrong number after pax change


Hello I have changed to I'd and imported my number through Pac, all OK. But the app still shows the allocated number. How do I swap it, it also won't let me delete the app account

If your switch has been completed @F2bflyer, the iD app will eventually show the number you wanted to keep.

Sometimes the iD app can be slow to get updated information from the iD back-end systems.

Thank you, I have managed to get it sorted now I had left it a few days hoping it would update. I deleted my plan, and then added it on new number and all OK, I had tried to add it as another plan but that didn't work, a bit odd but sorted now, thanks fir replying
