I've just been looking at upgrades and I was suddenly blocked from my account. I can't find a relevant topic on the chat. Any ideas?

Your best option is to talk to an adviser on the Live Chat:-

https://www.idmobile.co.uk/live-chat

Type ‘talk to a person’ in the dialogue box to connect to an adviser.
(available 9am - 8pm Monday to Friday, and 9am - 6pm Saturday, Sunday, and Bank Holidays)
