Blocked from using app

While browsing the upgrade offers on the id mobile app I was suddenly blocked from using it. Anyone any idea why?

The message i get below is shown below.

Hi there ​@gallozoe1, sorry to hear that. Sometimes this can happen due to recent activity on your device, or going on and off the app regularly, or sometimes by mistake. 

 

Do you have a VPN or anything enabled on your phone?

 

My best advice would be to try via another device or browser, or in incognito mode via our website. If that don’t work, I’d recommend calling our sales team on 02071391397 between 9am-6pm, Monday-Friday.
