I'm losing my patience. How to get transaction number. No welcome email nor invoice. This is so annoying. Can you please help.

When you get onto the Live Chat function please type chat to an agent twice when prompted.

You should then get an option to select Customer Service.

I’m loosing my patience as well, I’m trying to switch to ID mobile and have my pac ready but my transaction number is now where to be found as the “welcome to iD” email that I should’ve received.
