Hi,
My mobile number ending in 751 is on a new contract with unlimited data, texts, and calls. Before that, I had 60GB, and originally a few years ago it started at 30GB, which used to renew automatically with extra data.

I’ve just received a text from iD saying my out-of-plan cap of 30GB has been reached, and now I can’t use any data. It says I have to wait 11 days for renewal.

Please could you reset this as soon as possible? I work for the NHS and need my phone urgently.

Are you abroad roaming on a foreign network?

Hi,

Thank you for your reply. 

I haven't been abroad and based in UK .

Spoke to customer service and they help to resolve the issue and put me on my original contract. but the system didn't allow me to update my allowance.

Unfortunately, I’m a bit unsure what to say.😞
 
I’ve spoken with several customer service staff, and they were all very kind and tried to help by putting me back on my original contract and I signed the new  contract for 60 GB data 
But I was told the system will not allow my data allowance to be updated for next month.
 
I’ve seen that other providers are still offering my previous contract, so yesterday I  kindly ask the complaints team if they can offer price matching.🤔
Or, when my new contract starts, will my data allowance return to 60GB after the 7 days?
 
I was only told that unless I buy a handset, this would not be possible. and I will be in 30 GB from next month.
