My mobile number ending in 751 is on a new contract with unlimited data, texts, and calls. Before that, I had 60GB, and originally a few years ago it started at 30GB, which used to renew automatically with extra data.
I’ve just received a text from iD saying my out-of-plan cap of 30GB has been reached, and now I can’t use any data. It says I have to wait 11 days for renewal.
Please could you reset this as soon as possible? I work for the NHS and need my phone urgently.
