Please can you send all notifications to my new email address { REMOVED}. I have changed address on account but still receiving notifications of bill to old email address which i understand will be closed soon

Hey there ​@SueHughes, sorry to hear that. Changing the email address on your account should change the address we send emails to. How did you change it?

I can't really remember but I log in using my new email address.  I think must of changed it by logging in and resetting new log in details.  Its a nightmare trying to change email

Hi there ​@SueHughes, sorry to hear that. Are these the steps you took?:

 

  1. Open the iD Mobile app or go to my.idmobile.co.uk and log in to your account, .
  2. Tap or click "View your plans" .
  3. Select the plan for which you want to change the email address .
  4. Locate the "Edit login details" section and click or tap the green pencil icon next to it, according to iD Mobile Community.
  5. Within the "Edit login details" section, find the "Login email" field and click the green pencil icon there, according to iD Mobile Community.
  6. Enter the new email address you wish to use for your iD Mobile account, according to iD Mobile Community.
  7. Click "Save changes"

 

If so, and you’ve done the above, that’s great and for that’s for logging in. However, you’ll also need to ensure the following steps on the link below are followed:
