I don’t want to go over my contract I needed OTP to set up my app

I just  got sim and I tried to set it up and I needed OTP number which is not coming through despite receiving text message from friends. 
There is no contact number for customer service and I don’t what to believe I have made a wrong choice in choosing ID mobile unlike my last provider that you can put calls through for help. 
I chat up someone and I was told the technician will get back to me within 48hrs. Today make it 7days after and still waiting. Please I need help because I don’t have extra money to pay If I can’t manage my spending and I go over my limits

Still waiting after sending link for private chatting. I replied to questions asked, no response for over 24hrs now

Hi ​@Bolfem  our chat service here isn’t a live chat. We are a smallish team, but we do try to reply to all customers as soon as we can! I believe you should have had a reply now?

Pls stop sending me private messages and now I am going to be replying here for everyone to know. My issue still not solve over a month ago

I can’t say nothing because you can’t solve my issue and asking me irrelevant questions. I opened a case on community with the issues I am having as a topic. You are still asking me why do I needed help for real after giving all necessary information needed to check my account. 
I will just wait for my contract to end and the new subscriber should look before leaping. Thanks

I ask for number at least to speak to someone and this was the response below. If you are a new customer pls look before you leap to avoid story that touches the heart.

iD Mobile is transparent about not offering telephone support. Their prices are significantly lower than those of competitors like EE, O2, Vodafone, and THREE, all of which provide telephone support. If you need telephone support, pay the extra and choose a network that offers it.

Thanks for letting me know that there are network that offers support but I wish I knew this earlier before signing a contract that I can’t end now till the end of my contract. This is the reason I am creating awareness for people like me who have no idea of this ID mobile concept and I wish you could be giving out the information as you seems  to know much about most of the telecom concepts more than anyone here. Thanks
