I have three linked plans but can only see the contract details of one of them

I have three phone contracts linked (one mine and one each for my kids).  When Iog in, I can see the details for one of the phone’s (my daughter’s) and billing for the other two but not the contract details and upgrade options?

    Does it do the same thing via the iD online account portal?

    1. Open My Account Online.
    2. Tap ‘View your plans’.
    3. Tap the plan you’d like to view

    To access contract details in the iD Mobile app, click on the ‘Plan’ button located at the bottom of the screen. You’ll find more information about your contract under the ‘Change my plan’ button, and the option to upgrade is available further down the page.
