Hi I just switched from vodaphone to id using an eSIM and paid a 24 month contract for unlimited data mins and texts I set a £0 bill cap but after activating my eSIM it says I have a bill cap of £25 it won’t let me log into the app as apparently the switch over is on the 3rd of sep however I am aware u can use ur data before that but I don’t want to use unless it’s unlimited
