Messages fail to send


I have recently switched to ID mobile and used a PAC code to keep my number from another network. iMessage is working fine but everytime I message a non iPhone user it says ‘message failed to send’.

Are you trying to send an MMS containing pictures, photos, emojis, GIFs, videos and sound clips using a standard messaging service?

If so, these incur a charge:-

You can either:-

  • Use an App that allows you to send MMS messages for free e.g. Whatsapp
  • Increase your bill cap to ensure that they can be sent
