Question

my number has not come over to ID

It's now the following day and my number has not come over to ID. PAC code was used at transfer. I'm getting nervous now.

Can someone within ID mobile check what is happening?

@William Morton Hi there and rightfully so I be worried also, but these transfers can take a longer at time's. I'd advise you to contact an agent via logging into the Live chat via your IDMobile app or via a web browser. Once you have logged in type into the message box "To speak to someone" there after someone will contact you.

Hours of business week day's  up to 8pm weekend 6pm

Unfortunately @William Morton, if you gave iD your PAC at point-of-purchase, they sometimes seem to fail to process the PAC correctly.

Probably best to use the online iD web chat to speak to customer support.

The iD advisers work until 8pm on weekdays (6pm at weekends) - tell the 24/7 iD chatbot you’d like to “talk to a person”.

I had to go through the chat system as the switch website did not work properly, however the live chat agent was able to use the PAC in the backend
