PAC is correct along with Transaction number and other details
ID giving me a message that it can't proceed due to issue with details

Just use the iD Live Chat service to submit your PAC,
Tell the 24/7 iD chatbot you need to “talk to a person” - the advisers work until 8pm on weekdays.
