If your iD account was closed within the last 30-days, you should be able to get a PAC from iD.
You’ll need to speak to iD customer service online using Live Chat, Facebook Messenger, or X (formerly Twitter). I’d recommend sending a PM on their social media, explaining the issue.
+10If you failed to get before your ac closed, that number is now lost- can’t be recovered.
How to get a PAC is clearly explained on id’s website, if you’d bothered to look.
I did obtain the code before switching and I did bother to look.
