PAC number not sent to 02

Hello.

i cancelled my account at 02 and sent you the PAC number they sent me.

I cancelled the direct debit with 02 only to receive a message from 02 asking why I’d cancelled as my account with them is still active.

phone calls later, they say you haven’t sent the PAC number to them so they can cancel.

they’ve sent me a new PAC.

please advise

Hey there ​@ACT1, sorry to hear that. It wouldn’t be us who send the PAC code to them, if you’re joining us, and cancelling with them.

 

If you’re using a PAC code to switch your number over to us, then it would be up to yourself/O2 to send the PAC to us, so we can confirm the port and switch our end.

 

So to clarify, do you need help with completing the switch our end, now your contract with them is cancelled? Do you need to resend the PAC code to us?

Filled all the fields correctly with the right information and received this.

 

We've tried to process your PAC, but there is an issue with the information you've submitted. Please check that you have provided the correct details and try again. 

“If you have already used this PAC code and submitted it when purchasing a handset or SIM, don't worry - your switch is underway. We'll send you a text as soon as your number has been transferred to us”

I’ve already been billed another month from 02.

Can you check my account please?
