Just added again and same thing, says its connected to another email address and would I like to add it, so said yes and usual message, 'this plan has been disconnected'

Is there any update on this? Been going on 2 months now. I need this resolved before my daughter goes abroad (it's her mobile number). If I can't see the account I can't check the cap, roaming etc. I do not want to end up with bills because I can't view the account.

I completely understand and can only apologise, the team are still working on this. However to reassure you:

  • Roaming is enabled on the account.
  • Her Bill Cap is set to £0, so you won’t be charged any extra.

Which country is she visiting? I’ll check if it’s included in one of our Roam Free destinations, and if not, advise further! Thanks.

Sounds like an amazing holiday! They’re all a Roam Free Destination, so she can use her Minutes, Texts and Data as she would at home. Regarding your Disconnected Plan, please can you try:

  1. Logging out of the iD Mobile app.
  2. Logging back in to the iD Mobile app.
  3. Checking which plans show on your account.
