topped up, not showing on account.

My top up money keeps disappearing from my id mobile account. 
 

I preemptively put money on my account so I didn’t have to worry about topping up, and the money disappeared - twice now I’ve made a payment and it’s not showing up, but they both left my account - that’s £80 missing.
