Trouble accessing the app

My son has got a SIM card from iDmobile but has changed his number.  All has been working well but we don't seem to be able to register him to use the iDMobile app because the system doesn't recognise the number he is using.  Any advice.  We need to get this sorted asap so he can view his data usage while in Italy next week.

Has he ported his number into iD Mobile from another network?

In order to register for the app you’ll need to wait for the port to complete before registering.

Once the port is complete you can register the account with the ported number.
