Unable access the App as it wont send Text

Hi I have just moved to you and I am trying to get onto the app. It says it will send a code by text with a OTP however it never arrives.

Hi there ​@JaneBezza, if your number switch has completed, or was due to complete today, it can sometimes take up until 10pm for everything to change over, even if it says it’s complete. Therefore, I’d recommend leaving it today, restarting your phone tomorrow and then retry, and it should then work fine.
