Hi there @JaneBezza, if your number switch has completed, or was due to complete today, it can sometimes take up until 10pm for everything to change over, even if it says it’s complete. Therefore, I’d recommend leaving it today, restarting your phone tomorrow and then retry, and it should then work fine.If not, please don't hesitate to re-contact us here.Thanks,Tyler
