unable to log into my account or access chat

I have been trying to access my account all week. On the app it tells me I encountered and error whenever i try to log in. On the laptop it allows me to log in however, within less than a second it redirects me to the log in page. When I click to log in again, the page refreshes its self. I have attempted to find the chat to get support. I have enabled pop ups and I still can find it anywhere. I have changed my password and uninstalled and installed the app already. 

I really need some advice on how to gain access to my account or an alternative way to get in touch with customer services

Hi it's one plus 12 I've tried to separate laptops and the browser on my phone. With the same problem on them all.
