Voicemail access denied

Hi there,

I have a new phone and have moved over my ID sim to this one from my old phone. I have tried calling 123, holding down number’1’ to access voicemail and also tried the longer number (Information removed). All these come up with the voice message:

“Sorry, your service does not allow you access to this number”.

What does this mean and how do I get access to or set up my personalised voicemail?

This seems to be a bigger issue with ID on this.
