How do I find out if wi fi calling is enabled on my account. Under connections there is no mention of wi fi calling. I have a samsung a55

Are you able to take your handset into a Currys store? An agent there would be happy to take a look for you.

Go to the Start screen. To open the menu, swipe up on the screen. Choose Settings. Scroll down. Choose Connections. Choose Wi-Fi Calling.

Have gone into connections but there is no Wifi calling to click on. I have checked online that my phone, a Samsung A55, should be able to use this service. Is this something to do with ID or is it something to do with the phone?
