how to register for the iD Mobile App if I have no id mobile number I kept my old number

Hey @Ruta Kangere,

If your number has transferred over, then follow the steps on https://my.idmobile.co.uk/web/cpw/pre-registration/-/registration/registerMyAccount and when asked for a number, put the current active Mobile number on the SIM which should be the one you kept.

If it has not switched, then put the iD SIM in the phone, call a friend or family and get them to verify the number.
