2 numbers dobt know why

When I call people it show up as a different number. 

I have 2 numbers im guessing its the one ID mobile assigned to me and my number I switched with my pac code.

When people try to call me back on the number that Ive called out from it doesn't ring. 

 

I only want 1 number- my original number. What do I do about this?
