Am I able to transfer my number to a new iD Mobile contract?

PAC code only seems to work when changing network. I'm wanting to change from an iD contract to an iD SIM only and keep my number.

Unfortunately ​@Mustdobetter19, you can’t transfer a mobile number directly from one iD account to another iD account. 

You should be able to change from an iD phone contract to SIM-only contract when the minimum-term finishes, and keep your number, by ‘upgrading’ to SIM-only.

This community article might help. Otherwise, discuss your upgrade options with the iD Mobile Sales team on 020 7139 1397, between 9am - 6pm..

    ​@Mustdobetter19  Your correct your PAC transfer is between different networks.

    Hey there ​@Mustdobetter19, as kindly advised by ​@andewhite & ​@JoeKing, you cannot transfer your number from one iD Mobile contract to another I’m afraid, only via upgrading can you keep your number directly.
