I'm wanting to change from an iD contract to an iD SIM only and keep my number.Thanks in advance!Unfortunately @Mustdobetter19, you can’t transfer a mobile number directly from one iD account to another iD account.You should be able to change from an iD phone contract to SIM-only contract when the minimum-term finishes, and keep your number, by ‘upgrading’ to SIM-only.This community article might help. Otherwise, discuss your upgrade options with the iD Mobile Sales team on 020 7139 1397, between 9am - 6pm..
