Hello, I need to pay my phone bill can't do it online

If you purchased a Pay Monthly Phone or SIM Only Deal online or in-store, a Direct Debit should automatically have been set up for you using the account details provided when you purchased the plan.

 

However, this should help

The automated telephony method is on there too.

What’s the reason you can’t pay via the app/website?

 

To make a payment not online, you’ll be able to call 7777 from your iD Mobile number or 0333 003 0001 from a non-iD Mobile number.
