Calling my mums mobile number

Have a cap set up

The message says I can't connect because I don't have cap.

The call issue earlier today has been resolved but this seems like a different issue.

What is the cap on your account at the moment?

Can’t make out going calls


Switched phone on and off still can’t make calls

We are sorry to hear you are experiencing issues when attempting to make calls. 

 

Can you please check that you have allowance remaining? Also if the call is chargeable, please check if you have a spend cap in place preventing the call.
