Cannot Turn Off Personalised Voicemail Greeting

I just don't like the idea of being forced to personalise your voicemail greeting.

 

Why can't the customer have the option as on other networks? 


ID Mobile not very customer centric.. Rather cost cutting comes first..

    Hey there ​@tankman, sorry to hear that.

     

    You should be able to record a blank noise, or at least some form of noise, if you’re unhappy to record a voicemail greeting.

    Just press the # key when it starts to record. A lot of the networks are doing this now. I was with Three previously and was the same.
