Thanks for replying, no this is with most calls, but also receiving calls. People have said your phone goes straight to voicemail, when I’ve had 5 bars at that time

It’s an iPhone SE 2020

That’s probably the reason ​@Giggles57380, as your iPhone SE is a 2nd gen (2020).

According to iDM’s compatibility list only the 3rd gen (iPhone SE 2022) is listed as compatible

I’ve been using iD mobile for several years and used an iPhone SE gen 1 2016 and has no problems 

I can not make outgoing calls AGAIN on my iPhone 13 Pro Max, is this the same fault as last week???

I appreciate what you’re saying ​@Giggles57380, I merely passed on that only the iPhone SE 2022 is listed as compatible - but that list has been modified as many phones have been erased from that list.

So the 1st gen SE is still working? - If so then in some instances even phones not on the list can work, its just that iDM no longer support them.

We really could do with some clarification from iDM on this.

I’m an Android here and if I dial out it calls fine ​@Kirada. I tried 7777 and it connected and could hear the automated system. Have you looked for any network issues for your postcode?
