Hi @Julia Rosina Woodbury

You will be charged extra (on top of your contract £) when calling a non-standard number, sending SMS or replying to shortcodes, using non-geographic numbers e.g. 084, 087, 09, 118 etc. These charges are listed in this link :-

There are also a lot of ‘non-standard’ 07 numbers being used and these are charged at 40p/min.
Here is a link to these types of numbers and which ones you will be charged for:-

I can’t explain what is meant by this code in the ‘BT Wholesale Category’ column as they’re not explained anywhere on the iD Mobile website.
Definitely an oversight by iD and would be a great help to explain them.

I hope this helps x

This is to do with your bill cap. So for any out of call plan charges you make. Are you abroad by any chance?

Hi @Julia Rosina Woodbury

Sorry to hear this, is the number you’re calling a standard UK number or a premium one?

Are you abroad or is the number you’re calling abroad?

Tom
