Change voicemail times

I have read a couple of topics on here, but the answer does not seem to have been found. My normal voicemail works fine, but takes 30 seconds to answer. If I use a code to reduce it to 10 seconds, the person at the other end is unable to leave a message - they get an error message saying it has not been possible to connect. I was with ID very recently and it worked then, I just can’t remember how to set it up.

    Hey there ​@neil1273, to change your voicemail ring length on an iD Mobile phone, you cannot extend it, but you can set it to a shorter duration by dialing a special code from your phone's dialer, such as 61<iD Mobile number>11<number of seconds>* followed by pressing the call button. However, the maximum ring time is 30 seconds.
