changing number over from old network

Has anyone has issue with the PAC and changing it over? 
I’ve been given the pac number and put all info in but says it’s unsuccessful? 
 

not sure what to do as I don’t want to be charged from 2 networks and my number be lost once switched my sims over?

Sorry to hear you have had trouble with this. Please can you ensure all the details you are adding are correct, and that your transaction number starts with a 4.

Had you already given us the PAC at the point of sale? If so, you would not need to supply this again.

Please let us know how you get on, or if we can do anything else 🙂

Hiya, no I didn’t give info on the sale I got it afterwards :) 

 

however all info I’m putting in is correct as I’ve been copying and pasting! I followed instructions  
 

but says it’s unsuccessful, not sure why!
