Hi,

 

my contract is coming to an end, how do I cancel this? 
 

I would like to stay with ID but with a new phone

To upgrade, you can contact the iD Mobile sales team directly to discuss your upgrade options. 

  • Call the sales team on 020 7139 1397, between 9am - 6pm. Note that the earliest date you can upgrade is specified in your plan details, and upgrading early may incur an early termination fee if you port out or terminate the plan.
