My sim card stop working, i need to replace it soon is possible do you have my details to sent it to my address?

When you say ‘My sim card stop working’ what do you mean?
Is it a problem making/receiving calls?
Can you still send/receive texts and use data?

What phone do you have?

To replace your SIM…..

A replacement SIM card can be picked up from any Currys store and activated at the following link;

https://my.idmobile.co.uk/ja/web/cpw/sim-swap

 

Alternatively if you’d like one sent out to you, you can contact the Live Chat…..

Live Chat 

The Live Chat team are able to issue you a replacement SIM card, which will be sent in the post to the account holder’s address.
 

Once you receive your replacement SIM card, you’ll need to activate it. Check out the steps in the article below:

If a new SIM doesn’t rectify the problem then please get back to us.

Good morning so when i said sim stop working that's means i don't have signal at all no Internet no nothing my phone is iphone 14 pro , i will prefer to sent my sim to my home adress because currys is very away from my home and i don't drive if is possible.

Help I am due to start with ID in march although have no SIM yet. I went for e-sim although it isnt working. Can you send instead?

I ended up cancelling - if you can call it that because it never started.   It was too difficult to set up and because you don't have a phone customer service and rely on line chat- it couldn't proceed.
