Help... I've recently took out a new contract and I've had no esim qr code sent over me,  next problem is I've ported my number over from Vodafone so I need a new esim sending to me I cant add my plan on the id app because it send a code to my phone number which isn't on my phone yet so I don't no what to do.

    Hi ​@Mhartley88 is it an eSIM you had requested? Do you currently have a physical SIM?
