My number has just been ported in, but my eSIM still shows my old number (or blank) in My Number on my iPhone. iMessage won’t activate. Please refresh or re-provision my eSIM so it broadcasts my new number to Apple’s activation servers.

There is no such thing.
You need to configure your phone correctly. If you’re unsure how to do that, check out the following guide.
